EVENING

What to Expect:

Most people describe the experience as subtle and grounding rather than noticeable or intense. You may feel calmer in your body, with a softer emotional baseline that allows the day to unfold with more ease. The intention isn’t to feel “different,” but to feel more like yourself—steadier, clearer, and emotionally supported.

As the experience settles in, allow yourself to work with the offering. This can be a gentle invitation to slow down, regain energy, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Many find it supportive to pair this time with calming music, sound therapy, or quiet moments that create space for emotional awareness. Instead of pushing feelings away, you may notice it becomes easier to sit with them—without overwhelm or judgment.

This openness can create room for small but meaningful shifts: renewed inspiration, emotional release, or a sense of flow that feels organic rather than forced. Moments of clarity or insight may arise naturally as you move through your day, helping you reconnect with yourself and your inner balance. With SEVN, the experience is about discovery—meeting yourself where you are and allowing the process to unfold gently.

For beginners, starting with a low dose is key. Beginning slowly allows you to understand how your body and mind respond, helping you find a level that feels supportive, comfortable, and sustainable. Everyone’s sensitivity is different, and emotional balance is best supported through patience, awareness, and consistency rather than intensity.

DO’S & DONT’S

DO’S

Start low and move slowly
Begin with half a gummy. This allows your body and emotions to respond naturally without being overwhelmed.

Be consistent with timing
Taking your dose at a similar time on dose days helps you better understand how it fits into your routine—especially for emotional balance.

Create a supportive environment
Calming music, quiet moments, light movement, or fresh air can help you work with the experience rather than rush through it.

Listen to your body and emotions
Notice how you feel throughout the day—energy, mood, focus, and emotional tone. Subtle shifts matter.

Take rest and integration days seriously
Days without dosing are just as important. They allow clarity, reflection, and nervous system balance.

DONT’S

Don’t chase intensity
This guide is not about stronger effects. Emotional balance is supported through subtlety, not force.

Don’t redose within the same day
If the experience feels uncomfortable or overstimulating, more is not the answer. Space creates balance.

Don’t compare your experience to others
Everyone’s sensitivity, rhythm, and emotional landscape are different. Your experience is the only reference point that matters.

Don’t mix with overstimulation
Heavy caffeine, lack of sleep, or chaotic schedules can cloud awareness—especially for beginners.

Don’t ignore discomfort
If something feels like too much, pause, skip the next dose, and return when your system feels settled.

WAYS TO FEEL MORE CONNECTED WHILE MICRO-DOSING

Micro-dosing can be a quiet opening experience—what you choose to pair it with can gently deepen the sense of connection, clarity, and emotional balance. These practices aren’t requirements they are invitations. Choose what feels supportive in the moment. Gain some inspiration through our suggestions.

Breath work & Stillness

Slow, intentional breathing helps settle the nervous system and brings awareness back into the body. Even a few minutes of deep, steady breaths can create a sense of safety, calm, and presence.

Morning Meditation

A short meditation can help anchor the experience before the day unfolds. This is less about clearing the mind and more about noticing—thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment.

Gentle Movement: Yoga or Stretching

Soft movement can help release stored tension and support emotional flow. This is especially helpful for anxiety or restlessness.

Journaling & Reflection

Writing can help translate subtle emotional shifts into your awareness. Keeping a log of days on and days off allows you to track the progressions you have with your journey.

Client Reviews

“Over the past year, incorporating SEVN into my routine has been one of the most grounding and transformative decisions I’ve made. It’s helped me stay present in moments where I used to spiral, giving me the clarity to face challenges head on instead of avoiding them. Rather than masking stress or turning to old habits when I felt low, I found myself able to pause, look inward, and understand the root of what I was feeling. That awareness allowed me to work through things more efficiently and compassionately, doing the real inner work it takes to heal. I’ve unlearned patterns that no longer serve me and felt inspired to replace them with healthier outlets that support my growth. Over time, it hasn’t been about escaping, it has been about arriving more fully into myself. SEVN feels more of a way of wellness & practice, becoming a master of your own art. It has also opened up my creative as well in my music. I can’t wait to continue to share my journey with the world. SEVN has really lead me to want to capture my best self in real time and look ahead to the best versions of myself. I definitely recommend you join the journey.”

To be fair, i still attribute a lot of my recovery to my prescriptions and meditation, which I’ve been doing for a couple years now. But, about a week after I added the gummies to my regimen, I started to see some significant improvements in the areas where pharmaceuticals and meditation have been helpful (eg my depression and motivation), but also, maybe most significantly, in areas where I’ve felt there’s still a lot of work to be done. Contrary to what I’d feared might happen, microdosing seems to be helping with my social anxiety by making me feel more open, more forgiving (of others and of myself), and more interested in other people. I feel kinder, quicker to laugh, and slower to anger. Like I said, I’m a month or so in now, and I’m still improving on all these fronts.

As a skeptic, I won’t tell you it will definitely work for you. But it has definitely worked for me. If you do decide to try microdosing, start slow, and be patient (like I said, it took a week or so to see real effects other than the mood lift you’d expect from psilocybin). But I think it can be a viable medicine for a lot of people.”

I’ve tried a few different mushroom products before, but SEgummies are the first ones that actually feel good on my stomach. Mushroom chocolates always made my belly feel bloated or uncomfortable, but I’ve had zero issues with these. I’ve noticed better focus, clearer thinking, and just a more balanced energy throughout the day. Plus they taste great, which makes them really easy to take consistently. Definitely one of my favorite wellness finds lately.
