What People Are Saying…
“Over the past year, incorporating SEVN into my routine has been one of the most grounding and transformative decisions I’ve made. It’s helped me stay present in moments where I used to spiral, giving me the clarity to face challenges head on instead of avoiding them. Rather than masking stress or turning to old habits when I felt low, I found myself able to pause, look inward, and understand the root of what I was feeling. That awareness allowed me to work through things more efficiently and compassionately, doing the real inner work it takes to heal. I’ve unlearned patterns that no longer serve me and felt inspired to replace them with healthier outlets that support my growth. Over time, it hasn’t been about escaping, it has been about arriving more fully into myself. SEVN feels more of a way of wellness & practice, becoming a master of your own art. It has also opened up my creative as well in my music. I can’t wait to continue to share my journey with the world. SEVN has really lead me to want to capture my best self in real time and look ahead to the best versions of myself. I definitely recommend you join the journey.”

“Not gonna say these things changed my life, but… Started taking two a day (with two days off a week) about a month ago as part of an anxiety/depression/ocd regimen that also includes meditation/body scanning and a couple pharmaceuticals. I’ve always been pretty skeptical about non-western medicine, and I was a little hesitant to try microdosing (I’ve had some “bad” trips and was worried it would exacerbate my anxiety).
To be fair, I still attribute a lot of my recovery to my prescriptions and meditation, which I’ve been doing for a couple years now. But, about a week after I added the SEVN gummies to my regimen, I started to see some significant improvements in the areas where pharmaceuticals and meditation have been helpful (eg my depression and motivation), but also, maybe most significantly, in areas where I’ve felt there’s still a lot of work to be done. Contrary to what I’d feared might happen, microdosing seems to be helping with my social anxiety by making me feel more open, more forgiving (of others and of myself), and more interested in other people. I feel kinder, quicker to laugh, and slower to anger. Like I said, I’m a month or so in now, and I’m still improving on all these fronts.
As a skeptic, I won’t tell you it will definitely work for you. But it has definitely worked for me. If you do decide to try microdosing, start slow, and be patient (like I said, it took a week or so to see real effects other than the mood lift you’d expect from psilocybin). But I think it can be a viable medicine for a lot of people.”

I’ve tried a few different mushroom products before, but SEVN gummies are the first ones that actually feel good on my stomach. Mushroom chocolates always made my belly feel bloated or uncomfortable, but I’ve had zero issues with these. I’ve noticed better focus, clearer thinking, and just a more balanced energy throughout the day. Plus they taste great, which makes them really easy to take consistently. Definitely one of my favorite wellness finds lately.

I’ll be honest—I was skeptical at first. I’m in my mid-60s, and like many people, I’ve tried different approaches over the years to manage anxiety and ADHD. Some helped a little, some didn’t help at all, and a few just made me feel like I was treating the side effects instead of the actual problem. When I first heard about microdosing, it sounded almost too good to be true. I wasn’t concerned about the concept as much as I was doubtful that something so simple could make a meaningful difference. What changed my perspective was seeing the impact it had on people close to me. I watched a noticeable shift in their mood, creativity, and overall sense of calm. They became more engaged, more productive, and more at ease in their own lives. That made me curious enough to try it myself. Within just a few days, I was genuinely surprised by what I experienced.
My focus improved. The constant background anxiety quieted down. Instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I found myself taking action—making calls, handling responsibilities, and following through on things I would normally put off. There was a subtle but powerful shift from overthinking to actually doing. Even more unexpected was the ripple effect. I started exercising again. I began making better food choices. I felt more present and more willing to participate in life instead of sitting on the sidelines.
What stands out most is how natural it feels. There’s no sense of being “altered” or disconnected—just a calmer, clearer version of myself. It doesn’t feel like a quick fix; it feels like something that’s helping reset patterns in a more sustainable way. I’m not against traditional medicine, and I believe there’s a place for it. But I also believe in exploring natural approaches that support the mind and body in a more holistic way. This has been one of the most unexpectedly positive experiences I’ve had in a long time. If you’re on the fence like I was, it may be worth learning more. I went in doubtful—and came out genuinely impressed.
